The role incorporates all aspects of secretarial and administrative support, where you will be relied upon by doctors, allied health staff, and patients to keep the office operations running smoothly.
We are located close the CBD and public transport, making it easy to get to and from work every day. Our clinic is open Monday – Friday, and closed on the weekends.
An interest in a patient-facing role and empathy for others is important as you will be greeting patients, taking and directing calls that come into the clinic.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Secondary Education Completion
Skills:
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong customer service skills
- A well-presented professional
- Well-developed problem-solving ability
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work as part of a team
One-on-one training and support will be provided for this role
You would be on an 8hr shift-work roster according to the needs of the practice, Monday – Friday. Your shift could commence as early as 7.30am, or finish after 6pm
