Barwon Health is the largest health service in regional Victoria and based in Geelong, it is within commuting range from the west side of Melbourne. With approximately 9,000 employees, 30 sites and a broad range of services, Barwon Health plays a key role in the health and wellbeing of our local community and the Barwon South Western region.
Barwon Health Renal Services provides care for all patients with primary or secondary kidney disease, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) 2-5, dialysis and transplant related problems.
About the Role
This role will provide confidential administrative support to Nephrologists working within the Renal Services public and private outpatient clinics. You will have daily contact with both current and new patients including, but not limited to, receiving patients, making appointments, answering queries (both in person and by telephone), billing, customer service, resolving issues, sharing information and continuously improving systems and practices.

Living Expenses capped at $9,010 which includes repayments on mortgages, credit cards, personal loans and rental payments and Meal Entertainment & Accommodation capped at $2,650 which includes food and drink consumed in a social or entertainment settings and some accommodation expenditure

Desirable: Experience with iPM and PBRC/Medibill booking/billing systems
Desirable: Previous experience in a medical practice environment an advantage
