The Role:
An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join the Medical Workforce team within the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department at Northern Health.
This role requires the applicant to support the Department Directors and Managers by completing administrative tasks, assisting with ongoing recruitment, rostering and management of Medical staff, as well as coordinating day-to-day functions of the department.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Prior experience in an Administration role (Preferably within the Healthcare sector)
- Proven ability to manage administrative tasks and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently independently
- Ability to problem solve and exhibit flexibility
- Excellent IT skills and experience using various platforms (MS office, teams etc)
- Capacity to contribute to after-hours on call roster
