Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will focus on providing high level customer service to all visitors, promoting all services and programs available, while providing memorable experiences for the Deakin community, while focused on delivering key sales targets.
Responsibilities will include:

The role is offered on a part time basis with hours spread across Monday – Friday, spread of hours/days can be varied including some opens and closes.
About you
You will have:
- Relevant & demonstrated industry experience
- Proven experience in driving customer service excellence
- A understanding of business needs and processes as relating to KPIs, budgets and service standards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experienced in motivating teams to reach targets
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Police Check and Working with Children Card
