What you'll be doing
The Clinical Nurse Educators are expected to act as an appropriate and effective role model and promote a learning culture that supports innovative practice across the mental health drug and alcohol portfolio.

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible
- Current Authority to practice as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation (AHPRA).
- Holds a relevant clinical or educational post registration qualification or 3 years clinical experience in mental health nursing and education.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of teaching and facilitation in adult learning principles within the health care environment.
- Demonstrated clinical teaching and facilitation skills to individuals or in group settings using the practice development framework.
- Demonstrated knowledge of competency attainment and assessment processes.
- Computer literacy including the use of planning documents, reporting schedules and excel spreadsheets. Sound knowledge of microsoft teams and word and be able to use the hospital systems to pull the necessary data required to inform the development of educational resources. <
