On behalf of our owner operator client, Highgrade Personnel are recruiting for a Mining Manager for their open pit operation in the Goldfields.
Full time permanent position direct with the client will be offered.
The role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Mining Manager is responsible for all aspects of safe and efficient mine production to deliver annual budgeted KPIs for our clients open cut mining operations.
This includes the management of contractor mining personnel, overseeing the technical design, short-term planning and scheduling of operations in compliance with Mines Safety.
Strong potential of going underground in the future. A secure mine life is forecasted with several more pits to bring online in close proximity to their processing facility.
Skills & experience:
✅ Unrestricted Western Australian Quarry Managers Certificate.
✅ Demonstrated experience in an equivalent role.
✅ Minimum 10+ years’ of relevant experience in open pit gold mining
operations.
✅ Degree in Mining Engineering.
✅ Current unencumbered full WA Drivers Licence.
