- Perform detailed assessments to diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in clients across different age groups.
- Design and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Regularly evaluate and modify treatments to ensure maximum client progress.
- Maintain diligent records, adhering to both clinical and regulatory standards.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology, recognized by the appropriate educational bodies.
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility to obtain.
- Proven clinical experience, ideally in varied healthcare or educational environments.
- Robust diagnostic and therapeutic skills, complemented by excellent communication abilities.
