*Dynamic Role: Full-Time Mobile Speech Pathologist at Smart Rehab**About Us*Smart Rehab, a premier provider of Allied Health services in Victoria, is expanding its team. We're looking for a motivated Speech Pathologist to cover Melbourne's vibrant regions. At Smart Rehab, we emphasize a holistic, evidence-based approach to care, deeply valuing the connections we foster between clients, their families, and our team.*Role Overview*As a key member of our Allied Health team, you’ll provide Mobile Speech pathology services, directly influencing the well-being and functional independence of our clients. This role offers the unique opportunity to handle a varied caseload, addressing communication and swallowing disorders across multiple settings.*Key Responsibilities*
  • Perform detailed assessments to diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in clients across different age groups.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
  • Regularly evaluate and modify treatments to ensure maximum client progress.
  • Maintain diligent records, adhering to both clinical and regulatory standards.
*What We Need From You*
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology, recognized by the appropriate educational bodies.
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility to obtain.
  • Proven clinical experience, ideally in varied healthcare or educational environments.
  • Robust diagnostic and therapeutic skills, complemented by excellent communication abilities.
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth within the field of speech pathology.
