AddressWe are seeking a highly organised and skilled Office administrator for our family-owned and operated business. Established in 1989, G&S Seedlings is now the largest producer of seedlings in WA and produces over 1 million seedlings a week. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the team and play an important role in the day-to-day operations.
Located ten minutes north of Wanneroo, and working 8:30am - 2:30pm Monday to Thursday, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock control
- Answering phone calls
- Data inputting
- Coordination of production and dispatch
Key Requirements:
- Work experience in administration
- Good computer literacy skills
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
