Our client is currently seeking an energetic Mobilisation Coordinator for a permanent role to join our client based in West Perth. This role is to assist with specialised white collar team roles across a variety of sites. They are seeking someone who is enthusiastic with a high attention to detail who enjoys a cohesive/fun loving team environment.

The Role:

• End to End Mobilisation process
• On boarding processing for all new personnel
• Ordering PPE and processing all new starters' paperwork.
• Booking Medicals, Inductions and any Training required
• Planning and coordinating of flight and accommodation requirements with site personnel
• Organising site access, collecting tickets, qualification etc.
• Keeping record of purchase orders, invoices, claims and completion of all site-specific paperwork

About You

• Prior experience within a Mobilisation Coordinator role is highly desirable (Rio, FMG or BHP sites - INX will be highly regarded!)
• Impeccable Attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of your role
• Service minded attitude
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Excellent written, IT and overall communication skills: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
