Primary Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Educate clients on the intricacies of different mortgage options and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
- Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
- Provide clients with timely and relevant information to support their decision-making.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals and existing client base.
- Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and other industry partners.
- Proven finance experience with a successful track record in a lending, broker support or sales role.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Cert IV Finance and Mortgage Broking
Nice to Haves:
- Experience as a Mortgage Broker or lender is desirable but not required.
- Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required.
