About the position
Council’s Financial and Integrated Planning Department is looking for an NAR and Property Officer who will be responsible for maintaining the Property data base and Name & Address Register.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain the Property data base and Name & Address Register in order to ensure that organisational deadlines are met;
- To provide an efficient and accurate valuation and Property information service to ratepayers, user authorities, other Council teams; and
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
About you
- As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a revenue team or similar would be well regarded.
- Excellent communication skills with regards to daily telephone enquiries and Pathway Customer Requests responses.
- An excellent team focus and customer centric attitude; and
- Pathway Property and Rates data processing experience.

This position is a Band 4 currently remunerated between $70,945.56 to $75,499.53 per annum, plus superannuation. Salary level will be based on the experience level of the candidate. Overtime will also be paid as required.
