Rentokil Initial (the world’s largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for a National Accounts Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast-paced team in Sydney or Melbourne.
Your role will include (but not be limited to):
- Managing the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts of the commercial indirect sales channel
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals
- Meeting with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
- Ensure consistency across sites and divisions scope
- Negotiate contracts
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new and existing customers
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within a service industry
- Experience in B2B sales and cold calling
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of direct selling culture
- High-level commercial and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales target
- Minimum of 2 years of National Account Management experience.
