About the role:
Based in our Pemulwuy Branch, NSW, the successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of customer equipment repair quotations and Customer Planned Maintenance Agreements nationally.
To be considered for this role, you will bring the following:
- Previous sales/quoting experience in materials handling equipment and/or industrial machinery environments.
- Previous experience in the preparation and sales of Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMA's) or Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- The ability to develop strong supplier/customer relationships.
Core Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Review internal technician repair reports.
- Create and provide service customers with quotations to match equipment repair recommendations.
- Prepare and send customer Preventative Maintenance Agreements
- Seek out new service business opportunities.
