Role Overview
The Team Leader - National Service Operations Business Support is responsible for the efficient and effective leadership and coordination of the National Service Operations Business Support team. Specifically, the incumbent will lead and coordinate Purchasing, Field Services Planning & Scheduling, Business Support, Project Administration and Customer Services across the area of responsibility and ensure the efficient running and continual improvement of operations, systems, and processes.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the National Service Operations Business Support Team by:
Implementing and managing Employee development programs
Implementing and managing efficient communication systems within and around the team
Setting a high standard of presentation and professionalism
Delegating to the team to meet workload demands
Mentoring team members and
Ensuring effective work / life balance of all team members.
Fostering a “can do” and continual improvement culture within the team
Create, document, and maintain systems, procedures and work instructions for the National Services Operations, and other Business Units aimed at improving productivity and customer experience
Within the roles spere of delegation and responsibility, put in place checks and system to ensure compliance with the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX).
Develop, Implement, monitor and control systems and process to support critical business unit functions, including but not limited to:
End to end service management, including Scheduling & dispatch of service work to field crews
Business unit reporting, and dashboard / KPI communication and control
Business unit meetings & Training requirements
Compliance with Safety, Environment and Quality certifications
Compliance with Service Based contracts, and various customer requirements
Managing Purchasing, Invoicing and Cash flow
Project Administration
Contractor and supplier management
Ideal Candidate
HSE Year 12 or higher
Experience interacting with senior management to Managing Director Level
Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent Problem solving, Organisation, Communication & interpersonal skills, and Computer literacy – Microsoft Office / Windows environment
Ability to prioritise workload
Ability to work as part of a team, without supervision
Certificate or Diploma in business administration
Knowledge of ERM systems such as Pronto.
Knowledge of Salesforce, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft office suite
Excellent communication skills
Desire to do a precise and thorough job
Demonstrated commitment to reliability and punctuality
Committed to completing customer jobs according to schedule
Excellent internal and external customer service focus
Be flexible to respond to the needs of the business
