The brand, InSinkErator, has been known in the market for over 80 years to provide an effective, practical, and efficient form of garbage disposal.In operation for over 80 years, Headquartered in the USA, InSinkErator is the world's largest manufacturer of garbage disposals and instant hot water dispensers for home and commercial use.With an international presence that reaches nearly 80 countries, there would not be too many Australian homes that haven't heard of this popular and superior brand or had one installed in their homes or commercial properties.DescriptionReporting to the General Manager, this is a broad marketing role across trade and consumers.

• Take responsibility for developing the National Marketing strategy to support the overall business plan.
• Execute National Marketing initiatives, namely (Print, PR, Digital Marketing)
• Help launch and maintain new product development
• Liaise with the media agency to support and approve all social media platforms
• Working closely with major retail channels to implement strategies to increase market penetration/brand awareness
• Developing marketing communication material to support the retail channels and specifier channels.
• Responsible for the marketing budget and allocated spending
• Work with the Sales Managers to prepare business proposals.
• Coordinate marketing calendar of activities to support penetration into the specifier market.

ProfileThis role is suited to someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves in an agile, sometimes ambiguous environment. The suitable candidate must demonstrate:

• 5+ years in a Marketing Manager role
• Experience in the field of appliances or consumer goods
• Experience in writing and executing strategy
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or associated field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills. Advanced PowerPoint, Excel
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies
• Collaborative team approach
• Organisational aptitude, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment.
