- Take responsibility for developing the National Marketing strategy to support the overall business plan.
- Execute National Marketing initiatives, namely (Print, PR, Digital Marketing)
- Help launch and maintain new product development
- Liaise with the media agency to support and approve all social media platforms
- Working closely with major retail channels to implement strategies to increase market penetration/brand awareness
- Developing marketing communication material to support the retail channels and specifier channels.
- Responsible for the marketing budget and allocated spending
- Work with the Sales Managers to prepare business proposals.
- Coordinate marketing calendar of activities to support penetration into the specifier market.
- 5+ years in a Marketing Manager role
- Experience in the field of appliances or consumer goods
- Experience in writing and executing strategy
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or associated field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills. Advanced PowerPoint, Excel
- Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies
- Collaborative team approach
- Organisational aptitude, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment.
