Our client is one of Australia's most loved brands, and a leader in the retail industry. With over 150 stores nationwide, they are committed to delivering their customers quality products.
As they continue to grow and innovate in the retail space, together we are looking for a strategic and dynamic National Retail Portfolio Manager to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business, leading the strategy and execution across the national portfolio.

This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in retail management and portfolio optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives
• Identify opportunities for growth, optimisation and expansion
• Oversee the performance and profitability of the Retail Portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease agreements align with business goals
• Develop and manage the annual budget for the Retail Portfolio
• Monitor financial performance against target

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail Portfolio management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of the Australian retail market and property industry
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets
