Our Brisbane office is home to our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Export teams, fostering a collaborative environment where you can make a real impact.
Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for a National Sales Manager (contract) to Join our small but impactful Sales Team. Reporting to the CFO we are seeking to recruit an inspiring sales leader into our Brisbane office. You will be responsible for leading and driving a high-performance culture as well as achieving positive sales growth across the country for an 8-month contract position with the opportunity to extend to full time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring the sales team to support increased market share by delivering an integrated value proposition to our Pet Specialty customers.
- Continued professional development of the team into a solution sales model, ensuring appropriate training to engage and motivate.
- Engagement with our key accounts to understand their key drivers and to help build strong collaborative partnerships.
- Executing customer segmentation strategy to identify and monitor business growth opportunities.
- Driving the use of our CRM tool, and KPI’s to ensure success is transparent and measurable.
- Ensuring cross functional collaboration and promotion throughout the broader team to help with NPD and company growth.
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in a sales management role - Ideally in the pet specialty industry.
- The ability to lead a professional sales team to ensure high performance and a strong culture.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance, achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong strategic insights with skills in strategic planning and implementation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
- Proficient in Excel and report building.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Work 36hrs a week and get paid for 38hrs, opportunity to do a 4-day week and have your Birthday off too.
Location and Schedule:
Based in our Northgate, Brisbane office, Full time role on an 8-month Contract, with the possibility of extending to full time.
