The Role
- Organising and maintaining Field Technician induction & training registers.
- Maintaining customer's portals including tracking induction requirements, loading and updating insurance certificates and HSE documentation
- Purchase requisitioning for job-related purchases and follow up orders
- Coordination of goods receiving processes
- Processing reimbursements for expenses
- Initiate customer master data setup
- Timely and accurate invoicing
- Customer master data maintenance
- Month end closing
- Provide support and assistance to the Lead Administrator
- General branch administration support and tasks as required
The Person
- Good Customer Service (internal & external)
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Organised and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
- Administration qualifications, skills and experience, min 2 years.
- Use initiative and attention to detail to find the best possible solution or process.
- Possess a polite and friendly manner, a positive attitude and professional presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Can do attitude.
The Offer
- Base Salary between $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
- 17.5% Annual Leave Loading
