We currently have 2 full time positions:
- Day Shift worker - Shifts rotating between Monday to Friday
- Afternoon Shift worker - Shifts rotating between Monday to Sunday
As a key member of our growing team, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Managing customer enquiries and requests
- Accurate and detailed data entry into our Work Management System
- Managing competing priorities to ensure KPI’s are achieved
- Escalating any conflicts or difficult situations
- Perform administrative tasks
ABOUT YOU
- Customer Service or Call Centre Experience
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer complaints/complex enquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
