Elleisha’s Property Services is a local independently owned and operated company offering a wide range of property maintenance and cleaning services for residential and business clients throughout Newcastle-Hunter region.
We are looking for a NDIS and Administration officer to join us on a 4 day initial capacity, with growth into a 5 day permanent role after a probationary period
Position Purpose
The purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of high quality, efficient support and coordination of our NDIS compliance team as well as supporting our leadership team.
Job responsibilities:
- Compliance management regarding NDIS clients.
- Relevant documentation creation and follow up throughout the NDIS and working partners.
- Managing high demand of work request with fast and effective turn around times.
- Ensure client’s services are delivered in accordance with their service agreement by working closing with our Leadership Team.
- Reception duties and attending to client and public enquiries.
Selection Criteria
- Vocational/tertiary qualifications in business administration or commerce; or experience in compliance
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive and effective relationships with team members and clients.
- IT & computer savvy, with ability to quickly learn our NDIS software applications.
Job Type: Part-time
