Within a continuously growing tradie marketplace, we are looking for individuals to focus on outbound calls to tradies on a free trial period and convert them into full-paid memberships. You’ll be expected to source other opportunities across varied marketing segments.

How you will add value:
- New business calls to existing tradies on our platform
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
- Explaining to our tradies the benefits of hipages and handling objections as they come up
- Closing the sale, sealing the deal and signing up tradies to our platform
- Providing ad hoc administrative support as needed
About you:
- Experience making a high volume of outbound calls in a phone-based role
- Fearless in reaching out to potential customers and making the sale to convert users
- High energy and resilience with a team player attitude
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets
- Ideally experience in a sale environment, working to targets and KPIs
