Job Summary:

We are seeking a Night Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all night operations to ensure guest and team satisfaction, safety, and smooth transition to day shift operations. This role involves managing planning, budgeting, finance, resourcing, security, and guest satisfaction in line with the company's values. This is a Permanent Part Time opportunity working Saturday nights - 10:15pm - 6:15am and covering leave when required.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all night operations to ensure guest and team satisfaction
• Maintain smooth running of overnight operations in line with company values
• Create records of important information for next Duty Manager
• Complete night audit in a timely manner
• Implement financial controls and processes
• Manage resource allocation effectively
• Ensure compliance with training programs
• Communicate with the Guest Experience & Operations Director any recommendations for improvement to current standard operating procedures and/or processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality or related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role or Duty Manager role preferred
• Current certification in first aid/CPR or willing to obtain.
