About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Non-Residential Services Team Leader! You will support the Alcohol & Other Drugs service delivery, supporting the Inner North and Inner West Catchments with supervision and development of productive working relationships.
Responsibilities include
- Attend meetings and engage in regular liaison with STAR partner agencies
- Contribute to the AOD services system review and other quality forums
- Provide training, secondary consultation, co-counselling and flexible responses
- Participate in line management supervision
- Recruit, select and induct staff in consultation with the Manager
This is a fixed-term full-time position, contracted until May 2025, based in Coburg and Sunshine, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 6 Award.
What you will have
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Community Services, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) or relevant field
- Relevant experience in Social Service environment, preferably AOD and or Gamblers help or Community Engagement
- Training and Education certificate preferred
- A Current Driver's Licence
