How you'll make an impact
The North Service Centre (NSC) is an integral part of servicing AMP's North platform.
The teams provide a high level of service to the AMP Adviser Network and their customers via incoming transactions, calls and chats
The NSC Analyst is responsible for:
- Implementing, leading, engaging and delivering an onboarding and offboarding process for our Platinum space
- The analysis and delivery of key organisational project tasks impacting North Operations including cSAT surveys.
- Help define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.
- Outline detailed requirement for North Operations key projects/focus areas.
- Help manager and deliver successful communications and change impacting North Operations,
- Helping support the uplift in risk management frameworks and working on key controls and supporting continuous improvement and fast paced innovation.

What you will bring to the team
- Previous experience in a business or data analytics role
- 2+ years' experience in a client services or the financial service industry
- Sound understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulations
- Knowledge and experience using investment platforms will be highly regarded
- Capacity for commercial & strategic oriented problem solving
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and be able to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to adapt style for audience
- Project management experience and ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to interpret data & technical content to deliver business solutions
