Fair to say I'm described as a curious person.
When I became an owner here I was curious about a few things:
1) How do we deliver an even better patient experience visiting your Doctor?

2) How do we create a culture and a workplace that is known for being somewhere everyone wants to work?
I soon realised that these two things were connected. With a happy and fulfilled team we have been able to change the patient experience...
So, as a team we went to work on the project "how to make this workplace next level awesome"...
Think fulfillment, fun, happiness and challenge...

I must admit that I am pretty proud of the team and what they have created.

When you are part of our team you are director of first impressions, you are the creator of the 'vibe' and you are the slippery to our slide...
Put bluntly... you are an invaluable part of our business!
