Nsw: Mechanical Fitter - Newcastle

Fenner Conveyors, a Michelin Group Company, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to provide mechanical maintenance, repairs and services to conveyor systems and components, both on-site and in the workshop.

Due to our continued growth and success, we are now seeking a motivated, self-starter to join our Hunter Branch and grasp the opportunity to join our TEAM. The choice is yours!
 
The chosen candidate will be responsible for general mechanical maintenance, repairs and services to conveyor systems and components. This is a great opportunity to work in a small and busy team environment across the Hunter Region and this role could lead to other career opportunities within the Fenner group.

Your value:
This role would be well suited for an experienced Mechanical Fitter who is motivated, solutions-focused, and has previous conveyor experience. Moreover, you will also possess.

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker.
• Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical conveyor maintenance
• Self-starter with a commitment to safety and focus on quality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Current driver’s license
• High-Risk licenses – Basic Rigging, Dogman and Forklift (Desirable)
