We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Childcare Portfolio Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of childcare centers across NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational and strategic aspects of multiple childcare facilities, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of childcare center managers and staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple childcare centers, including staffing, enrollment, budgeting, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, licensing standards, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance the quality of childcare services.
- Monitor financial performance and budgets for each childcare center, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and marketing departments, to support the overall success of the childcare portfolio.
- Foster positive relationships with families, staff, regulatory authorities, and community stakeholders.
- Stay informed about trends, developments, and challenges in the childcare industry, adapting strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in childcare management, including oversight of multiple centers or a large-scale operation.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, curriculum frameworks, and regulatory requirements in NSW.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets, resources, and personnel.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, and continuous improvement.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid/CPR certification.
