Your new role
As the Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Practice administration
- Creating proposals
- Dealing with ASIC and associated administrative duties
- Collating BAS and administration related to ATO portal
- Phone call management
- And other administration duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
In your new role as Administration Assistant you will need to bring a people-first approach, as well as:
- Have a background in Public Practice administration
- Experience with Xero, Office Suites, Excel, and ChangeGPS (desirable)
- Be reliable and quick at learning
- Can-do and proactive attitude
- Be a team player
What you'll get in return
