As a high performing Occupational Therapist, you will be able to proactively contribute to a team and help the business excel. You will work autonomously whilst having the support of a strong team environment. You will be comfortable with simultaneously running a fast-paced caseload, nurturing client relationships, and applying best practice strategies and processes, using case management technologies.
You must be passionate about working with clients with disability in children and adults. Our client sees success in helping their patients maintain their independence, so with support, they can continue to enjoy the things that they are passionate about in life.
Your Key Responsibilities include:
- You will plan, deliver, and evaluate Therapy services to clients, which build on family/client strengths, needs and priorities.
- You will assess and provide comprehensive NDIS required reports to a standard at or above the expectations of the Assessment and Therapy manager.
- You will support children and adult’s inclusion and participation in the communities that they choose
- You will meet department billable requirements
- You will supervise and train assistants, volunteers, and students, ensuring the maintenance of professional, clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
- You will assess clients with a wide range of acute and chronic disorders and implementing effective Occupational Therapy programs and interventions.
- You will maintain documentation in a professional and confidential manner and in accordance with company policies.
- You will effectively communicate with staff members, health professionals, clients, and family with regards to the provision of Occupational Therapy services.

- You have at least 3 - 5 years’ experience in your field
