**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address clients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to improve clients' functional abilities and promote independence.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies, assistive devices, and community resources to facilitate optimal outcomes.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Full registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (OTBA).
- Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist in diverse clinical settings.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
