Occupational Therapist | Company Car | Wfh Options

This large NDIS provider is seeking a senior Occupational Therapist to join their expanding team. 

Applicants can be based anywhere in Perth, with over 15 office locations and flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance. 

Permanent,  Full-Time or Part-Time hours available to suit you.

The Role

• Working environments- community, office and from your own home
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Opportunity to supervise new grads if desired 
• Working closely with clients and their families to set and support achievable goals for them to live more independently at home, school and in the community
• Assessments, home mods, sensory assessments and intervention, functional capacity assessments, equipment prescription etc.
• Delivery of Occupational Therapy services predominantly for NDIS participants

• Low billable hours of 4.5 a day with a reduced caseload

• Base salary starting from $95, 000 - $105, 000 + super + benefits, with clear growth pathways within the company

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full APHRA registration 
• Working With Children Check 
• National Police Check 
• Driver's license and own car
