Black Market Coffee are looking for a full time Office Admin to head-up our Office Roastery in Marrickville. Work in a full-time salaried position, under the CEO helping provide structure and order amongst the awesome chaos that is Black Market Coffee.
About you
- Love quality coffee and food

- Will work with Management and other staff to deliver projects
What you will be doing
- Managing inboxs
- Managing Learning Management Systems
- Shooting content on phone
- Calling clients to receive orders
- Helping to process payments
- Working with dispatch to manage logistics
- New client onboarding
- Maintaining databases
- Updating websites
- Print & laminate cafe menus
- Answer all in-bound enquiries and direct to the correct person
- Create promotional posters
- Host & welcome corporate / school / larger party bookings in the cafe
- Work with team leader to coordinate catering as necessary
- Keep office clean and tidy
- Water plants in the office
Should be comfortable doing
- Working with Google Suite
- Pretty tech savvy
- Know your way around insta
- Happy to be office based for much of the day
- Incredibly organised and a great frequent communicator
- Ability to work to timeframes and deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
