AddressiScope are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team in Paget.
You will become part of a friendly and supportive team, working three days per week.
Previous experience would be advantageous.
Part time hours would include 15-24 hours per week; and flexibility can be discussed.
We are looking for an independent reliable person with good communications skills, a positive attitude, that is adaptable, shows initiative and attention to detail.
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Manage Bookings.
- Data Entry.
- Process expense claims and organise travel.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and sales orders.
- Help with cost/revenue reporting, budget tracking, and schedule compilation.
- Manage work orders for projects and ad-hoc activities.
- Manage ordering of PPE, coordinate and arrange site inductions.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
