Office Administration - Casual

EMCO Carpentry are an established business and have been servicing Newcastle & Hunter region for over 7 years. 

Our team is rapidly growing, and we are looking for an Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. The role will see you responsible for the Administration of four Carpentry Crews. 

Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable / accounts receivable
• Sending quotes & invoices
• Bank reconciliation
• Payroll
• Site visits 
• WHS 
• Attending to customers & suppliers queries
• Social media posts
• Subcontractor packs & sign ups
• General administration duties 

Skills & Experience:

• Problem solving skills and ability to quickly resolve issues
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organise work, set priorities and work independently
• Trustworthy & self motivated
• Current Drivers Licence 
• Administration / Bookkeeping experience essential   
• Xero experience essential
• 5 years experience in a similar role

Job Type:

• Flexible hours (minimum 15 hours per week)
• Hourly pay will be based on current level of experience 
• Potential for permanent work
