EMCO Carpentry are an established business and have been servicing Newcastle & Hunter region for over 7 years.
Our team is rapidly growing, and we are looking for an Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. The role will see you responsible for the Administration of four Carpentry Crews.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable / accounts receivable
- Sending quotes & invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll
- Site visits
- WHS
- Attending to customers & suppliers queries
- Social media posts
- Subcontractor packs & sign ups
- General administration duties
Skills & Experience:
- Problem solving skills and ability to quickly resolve issues
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to organise work, set priorities and work independently
- Trustworthy & self motivated
- Current Drivers Licence
- Administration / Bookkeeping experience essential
- Xero experience essential
- 5 years experience in a similar role
Job Type:
- Flexible hours (minimum 15 hours per week)
- Hourly pay will be based on current level of experience
- Potential for permanent work
