Ozzy Cranes is Australia’s leading manufacturer specialising in Earth Boring/Pole Erecting truck mounted mobile cranes designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of all electricity utilities and private contractors throughout Australia. We are located at Coolum on the Sunshine Coast QLD and operates from a modern purpose-built new facility; our company is requiring a full-time Office Administration member to join our team. Our office hours are 8.30 to 5pm.
Duties:
- Filing correspondence and records
- Project work
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Maintaining filing systems
- Photocopying, scanning
- Sending emails
- Typing documents and correspondence
- Entering data
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Keeping office area neat and tidy.
Skills required:
- A sound knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Proficient in use of email and internet
- Excellent numeracy skills
