Our client

Our client, a Brisbane-based steel supplier who is searching for a highly organised and motivated Office & Administration Manager
to join their growing team. Being a market leader within the steel industry, our client prides themselves on their commitment to
workplace safety, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
How you’ll contribute

• Processing customer enquiries, quotes, orders, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Managing freight logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Providing exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships.
• Maintaining accurate filing systems and company records.
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed (full forklift training provided).

We're looking for someone who:

• Possesses excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Has a strong eye for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in OSTENDO software is advantageous, not essential.
