Looking for a experienced Administrator to join a professional, fast-paced team.
- Manging reception area
- Handling phone and email inquiries
- Managing boardrooms calendars
- organising couriers
- Ordering and maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Monitoring any office maintenance
- Previous experience in Administration
- First class organizational and communications skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (particularly Outlooks, Word and PowerPoint)
