Office Administrator
A unique opportunity has arisen for a full time Office Administrator to support a growing consultancy located in West Perth. We are a forward-thinking, agile & collaborative organisation that prides itself on being an email free, fully cloud-based and 100% paperless office. (Yes, that means no emails and no paper shuffling).
This role is multifaceted and is suited to a passionate self-starter who is diligent, organised and values ongoing professional development.
Your Role
To assist the team in the daily management of the business with tasks that include;
- Compiling and completing action items in the company’s enterprise system
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Documenting and mapping systems, procedures and processes
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Onboarding and exit checklist processes for employees
- Ensuring all company supplies are maintained
About you
You must have a solution-focused approach, with an onus upon continuous improvement that extends to company systems and processes. Ideally, your background should encompass
Non-negotiable
- Honest, reliable, punctual, motivated and committed to ongoing professional development with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities and exposure to Google Workspace
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise and be systematic with attention to detail to meet deadlines
Desirable
- Exposure to project management
- Exposure to document control and a level of commercial acumen
- Previous experience in an administration role with exposure to the resources, financial, project management or legal sector is a bonus.
- Graphic design, social media, marketing experience (desirable)
