We have a fantastic opportunity for a Administration and Customer Service Superstar to join our dynamic team! Located in Bayside Mordialloc, you will be working for a well known & respected agency as part of a supportive line-up of real estate professionals.
Duties Include:
- Answering phones & distributing messages in a professional & efficient manner
- Assisting with property management & sales queries
- Greeting clients in a friendly manner as first point of contact
- Mail, banking, filing
- Diary management
- Marketing management
- Social media marketing
- Other basic office duties
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Client interaction with walk in traffic
To be suitable you must possess:
- Have an Agent's Representative Certificate
- Previous reception experience
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organisational skills
- A positive client centric approach to customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative
- Possess a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Immaculate presentation and well spoken
