This client is a boutique firm that are an energetic team, specialising in accounting and bookkeeping with over 45 years’ experience! This firm have a variety of clients including farmers, real estate and wholesalers.
Due to an internal promotion, this client is seeking a vibrant Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible!
The hours are 8:30am - 4:30am, Monday to Friday.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Managing the partners calendars
- Greeting clients upon arrival
- Managing incoming calls
- ATO mail management
- Preparing and sending out Financial Accounts & Income Tax Return packages
- Onboarding of new clients and entities
- Management of job in Xero Practice Manager
- Join a friendly, supportive and vibrant team culture!

- All day parking close by as well as public transport
