Pertronic Industries is a manufacturer and supplier of a diverse range of advanced automatic fire detection systems for use in a range of buildings, such as high rise office blocks, apartments, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls and warehouses. We have branches located throughout Australia and New Zealand that provide sales and technical support to our customers.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Branch Administrator with a strong work ethic to join our Brisbane team based in Albion. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our Brisbane branch operates as smoothly as possible as well as assisting with some Head Office support functions.

- An understanding of finance processes including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Being able to carry out administration and reception duties to a high standard
- Computer literacy, with experience working with accounting systems

This role will involve varied and multiple duties, including:
- General administration and reception duties
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing the branch's accounting and finance functions
- Credit control
- Assisting with accurate stock control processes
- Other duties as directed by the branch manager
Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous but not necessary as training on the job will be provided. A "CAN DO attitude" is what we are looking for.
This is a full time or permanent part-time position of at least 30 hours per week working 5 days per week where the successful candidate's remuneration package will be negotiated based on their skills and experience. Benefits include a share in the branch bonus scheme.
