About the role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to support our QLD logistics team. Reporting to the Logistics & ERP Manager, this role will be a part-time position (32 hours per week) based in Varsity Lakes, Queensland.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Create spare parts purchase orders and transfers
- Entry of new part numbers to electronic database
- Create item journals
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports
- Process weekly freight invoices
- Creation of purchase orders
- Prepare and distribute monthly cycle counts
- Bi-annual stocktake data entry
- Verify and update expected dates for purchase orders
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Able to handle competing priorities
