Are you someone who loves admin?

Do you enjoy working as part of a small team? If so, then this position is for you.

This is a new role within our business. We are seeking a part time employee to work 3-4 days or around 12-16 hrs a week in our Rockdale based office, to perform general admin duties and assist in the day to day running of our Plumbing business. This role has the potential to grow and hours to increase with the growth of the business.

The role would include but not limited to, answering phone calls, scheduling jobs using our Service M8 system (training will be provided), replying to emails, liaising with customers, agents, and field staff, drafting invoices on our accounting software XERO, and general organising of our office.

Admin experience preferred; however, training will be provided. We are seeking someone who is confident and assertive, is a fast learner, has a professional working attitude and has strong attention to detail.

About Us

Altus Plumbing was founded in 2017. Our office is based in Rockdale NSW 2216. We specialise in Strata, Residential and Commercial Maintenance as well as medium sized projects. Due to continued growth we are now seeking someone to help with the administrative side of our business.

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week

Experience:

  • Xero: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office administration: 1 year (Required)
