Company Overview: Clay & Mineral Sales is a reputable family-owned business headquartered in Golden Grove, South Australia. With a long-standing presence in the industry, we operate several quarries across the state, specialising in the sale of quarry products.
Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Description: As an Office Administrator at Clay & Mineral Sales, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Accountant and Administration Officer. Your responsibilities will include handling accounts payable and receivable tasks, data entry and management of our computer transport system along with general office duties. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and strong mathematical skills. Being an integral part of our small and friendly team, you may be tasked with various assignments.

Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in utilising modern office technology, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with MYOB and ServiceM8 software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Adelaide suburbs, logistics, or the quarry industry is a plus.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 0.8-1.0 FTE.
