Key Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations.
- Generating reports to Management.
- Accounts Receivable
- Help in Payroll processing
- Liase with health insurances on needed basis only
- General data entry
- Assisting with internal audits
- Support Front Office staff
Requirement
- Admin Officer qualifications or significant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in a busy administration role
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated history of strong work ethic and reliability
- Demonstrated high level of problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently (as required) and exercise initiative
- Commitment to providing a patient focused service in a timely, consistent, coordinated and flexible manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Interest in the Dental care of patients
