Position Details:
- Position:Office Administrator
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Start Date: April 2024
- Location: Northside of Brisbane (This is an on-site position; remote work is not available)
Responsibilities:
As our Office Administrator, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage customer account information, including setting up new accounts and logging job details in our ticket management system.
- Process customer-specific invoices using electronic data interchange and various customer portals.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and follow through on outstanding quotes and invoices.
- Maintain accurate customer invoicing and contact details.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates who possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative and invoicing role.
- Experience with accounts payable processes, especially with government and corporate clients.
- Proficiency in using multiple customer portals for invoicing and job updates.
- Exposure to QBuild, Honeywell, MBRC, or similar portals will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Ability to problem-solve calmly and professionally.
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills.
- Preferred: Experience in a trade environment and familiarity with trade-specific processes.
