Your new role
Keller is seeking an engaging and experienced Office Administrator to join our VIC team in Braeside, Melbourne. Providing administrative support to the State Manager and internal teams this role will ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day office operations of our Victoria Office. You will also provide support to key state initiatives including the preparation of tender documents for winning projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and assisting the day-to-day administrative tasks for the VIC office
- Providing support to the State Manager assisting with meeting minutes, agendas and general admin support
- Provide support on tenders including communicating incoming tender enquiries, preparing information for documents and update and maintain filing systems
- Greeting visitors, directing incoming calls, coordinating internal meetings and managing mail and deliveries
- Organising travel arrangements for staff travelling between states and projects
- Organising and co-ordinating company events, initiatives and activities
- General office admin duties including filing, archiving and maintaining office supplies
What does success look like?
- Extensive experience in a similar administrative position
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with senior leaders, suppliers, and various stakeholders
- Experience in a construction / engineering environment is desirable.
