ACRWORLD is an established market leader in the recruitment of mid to senior white collar professionals within the construction, property, infrastructure and engineering sectors. We are looking for a Junior Office Administrator / Receptionist person for our Sydney CBD office.
About the role
This is a full-time, permanent role comprising of three key components: Reception, Payroll Administration, and Operations Support, offering a diverse scope across multiple business areas.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include managing stock inventory, overseeing stationery orders, coordinating new desk setups in collaboration with IT, and maintaining general office organization and tidiness.
You will also be in a customer-facing role at the reception, ensuring a positive initial impression through phone interactions and in-person greetings. Your responsibilities will involve answering and transferring calls, taking messages, addressing queries, and welcoming office visitors.
Additionally, you will provide support to the Payroll Supervisor by liaising with our contract candidates, gathering timesheet data, resolving discrepancies, supporting with Super data collection and input.
Skills and experience
- HSC qualification (preferable, but not essential)
- Some experience working in an office environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office software packages
