Office Administrator - Retail & Fuel Industry
Hours: 20-25 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and creating reports for our weekly meetings.
- Your primary role will be data input where you will input all relevant stock information into our software system for price and stock monitoring purposes.
- Support the management team with various tasks, including scheduling appointments and organising meetings.
- Handle financial duties, such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and reconciling sales transactions.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and coordinating with suppliers for product queries or account settlements.
- Assist management with the implementation of new systems within a vastly growing business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience using ‘Beacon Software’ & MYOB preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
