Office Administrator (Job Share - Permanent Part-Time)
Carer’s Network is a dynamic and growing business, providing in home supports to our clients participating in the NDIS, My Aged Care, TAC and DVA programs. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment for our team members.
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This is a job share role, meaning you will be sharing responsibilities and schedules with another team member. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organised, personable and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and noting appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organised, and presentable always.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office administration or receptionist role is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a job share or part-time role is a plus.
